I am taking more rests and absorbing what I have been reading and learning before going on to the next thing. I am seeing how important the life tests are to what I am trying to learn. The trials are like labs I took in my science classes in University. The lecture class is only one component, an important component, but only one piece of the class. Unless I take the time to absorb the lecture class, I won’t understand what to do during the lab. When I take the time to meditate on Him and let Him work truth in me – I am better equipped for the test. Otherwise, I am only picking up information.
Col 3:1 Since you have been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven, where Christ sits in the place of honor at God’s right hand. 2 Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth. 3 For you died to this life, and your real life is hidden with Christ in God. 4 And when Christ, who is your life, is revealed to the whole world, you will share in all his glory. NLT
